matariki

yesterday we wrote about matariki .we had to research about all the stars and write it on a slide. we had buddy's my buddy was Carlos.
 

my pie

today my class made pies .I made a chicken and bacon pasta pie.  violet Zac Ananya and flora we went with miss joblin in the staff room.the herbs that we used was tarragon and basil.

1. wash your hands

2. put the pasta in a big bowl

3. chop chicken up into little pieces and cook in the pan cook until the juice runs clear it would be roughly 8 minutes 

4. fry up the bacon.when it’s cooked cut  into little pieces.

Slice up the onions and fry 

5. chop up the spinach

6. grate  the cheese

7. put in a teaspoon of tarragon

8. put in all other ingredients then mix up all together

9. tip the mixture into the pastry

then put in the pie maker for 10 minutes

10.enjoy your pie                

the disco

  

on Friday night all the school had a disco there was popcorn slushy maker pizza face paint DJ  and the DJ had smoke .I had half of popcorn because I gave my sister at ticket so she gave me some popcorn a slushie and one piece of pizza the pizza flavour was ham and pineapple my sister had pizza too she had a cheese pizza she got two slushies but she gave some to me Olivia gave me a ticket so I got pizza and gave her some when I went home I went with Harper.

  today I finished my pie  poster . my class voted for 6 people to make there pies. we are going to give the posters callum  and he makes pie in a shop and sells pies so he is  going to make the pastry for us . the 6 people were chosen to make there pie are me Jed Pj Ethan Amber  and manaia .my was a chicken and bacon pasta pie.

 today my class were tasting herbs my favourite was the mustard seeds. we tried 11 herbs which are Rosemary,time,garlic,chives,oregano,parsley,chilli- flakes,mint,sage and basil.my least favourite was the chilli-flakes.

dioramas

in my class  I made  dioramas my diorama was about waihirere. We tried kawakawa and lemon balm 

tea it was delicious . we also had  a choice out of kaiti Beach Gisborne fisheries the Enviro Centre 

credence.

   

on Monday my school went to the rook pool we found octopus and me iyve and lexie we're buddies and found starfish
